Telstra’s the largest telco in Australia, and it also happens to be my longest running client. To that end, I’ve worked on something in the vicinity of 1,242 Telstra projects, of all types and sizes.
Most importantly I created Telstra’s brand voice, which is built around the concept of ‘Practical Magic’. I’ve spent many a hour writing in Telstra’s voice, and training their employees and agencies how to do it, too.
